No. We start where you are and build step by step - without shame or pressure.

What if I'm exhausted and inconsistent?

That's exactly who this is for. We keep it simple and sustainable so you don't fall into all-or-nothing.

What if I can only do virtual?

Great - virtual is available for every type of training. We'll confirm the best fit on the call.

What's the difference between Small Group training and Beyond Mom if workouts are at the same time?

Group is training-focused. Beyond mom includes the same workout block plus deeper coaching: mindset, boundaries, values, finding what is life-giving vs life-draining, accountability, and tools that make results last.

How much time does it take each week?

Most moms do best with 2-3 strength sessions/week plus small daily habits that support energy.

I have aches or old injuries-can I still do this?

Yes. We modify and progress at the right pace for your body.
